Dr. Sanghani took care of me when I was in Carolina Medical Center when I was in kidney failure. With his knowledge of medication and temporary dialysis, my kidneys are functioning again. He has a great bedside manner and answers all the questions you have. I trust him 110% and I am thankful for him. He is the BEST!
