I’ve been seeing Dr Poonai for over 20 years. He is knowledgeable, kind and caring. I’ve been relatively healthy until the past few years. Dr. Poonai is quick to get me in for appointments if I’m sick, orders appropriate testing, labs & referrals. I’m comfortable with him as my physician and feel I’m taken care of physically, mentally and emotionally as concerns present. The office phone line does get busy—— keep trying—- we all have redial! After hours there is an answering machine to leave messages and the office staff is efficient. I appreciate everyone in this practice.
