Dr. Laucius is friendly, personable, she knows her patients, listens to her patients concerns and/problems. She recommends what she thinks will be the best and least harmful solution. If need be she will refer you to the appropriate specialist, she will make sure that she is able to get said specialists report on what they find. I also find that Dr. Laucius is very professional, knows her job very well and does what needs to be done quickly and efficiently.
