I had a procedure done with another oculoplastic surgeon in a different state. I had some unexpected side effects about which my own doc was very rude and dismissive. I sought Dr. North’s advice and even though I wasn’t a prior patient she was so prompt, thorough, and understanding. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and took me seriously. She clearly had a wealth of knowledge to draw on and I would send anyone in my family to her in a heartbeat!
