I am not one to write reviews, so I want everyone to pay attention while I’m writing this one. This is important, because your decision will hinge directly off of what I’m telling you right now. I got my fingertip ripped off while helping a friend and had to go to the emergency room so that it can get put back together again. The ER did a great job in White rock. The only issue that I have with them is that they gave me a referral for a doctor out in forney that used to work there. He was terrible Dr Knoll was very kind, accommodating, and immediately empathetic to the fact that I had ripped the tip of my finger off. She made me feel like a family member, not a patient. She listened and gave me amazing advice. She asked a very important question. When were your x-rays taken? Were they before your stitches or after the stitches? It was before, and she was right. She save me from having to go to surgery. She exemplifies excellence, plain and simple!!!!!!!!!
