unfortunately the doctor needs to have more than one person at the front desk the person at the front desk is so busy on the phone that you have to stand there and wait and wait till she's able to see what your needs are I was there today to have my annual physical well I was sent up to the second floor and I went to the waiting room when I got there I was the only person in there a few minutes later two other people arrived they will call into the doctor's office before me and then I sat there my appointment was at 10:10 finally at 10:55 I left said it's time to get a new doctor if she can't afford more of a staff so that patients don't have to stand there and wait and wait until that one person is finished with the phone calls that are incoming or outgoing shameful
