I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for 7 years now, and I could not ask for a better psychiatrist! She has always taken my input seriously and included me in decision making about medications, etc (as it should be!). I have recommended her to at least 4 people now, and the ones who’ve made it to see her so far have all been amazed by how great she is. I can’t speak to others’ experiences, but I was surprised by other reviews here as she has always been very thorough about cross checking interactions and informing me about side effects, etc of medications she's prescribed for me.
