Dr. Wiedenbeck, a Reno native, is interested in all aspects of cardiovascular disease-the prevention, onset and management of the illness. His No. 1 piece of heart advice? Eat a well-balanced, heart-healthy diet emphasizing beans and fish; choose whole foods over processed foods; and exercise, exercise, exercise!
