Dr Gruen is so wonderful. He did an excellent job on my veneers. The reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because I found that his dental hygienist, Cheyenne, was very rude. I have 0 cavities and am not asking for a golden star or pat on the back, however, I found her to be overly critical. She pointed out stains on my teeth. I wasn't aware of them but they don't bother me. The manner in which she brought them to my attention was kind of snide. Made the comment that my mouth is small so she doubts I was getting back there with flossing. A lot of her comments were overly negative especially since she didn't say anything positive about my teeth. I will speak up and say I refuse to be put back with Cheyenne if they try to do that to me again. Also, I was waiting for 20+ mins to be seen.
