I met Dr. Yao at Memorial Hospital when my son was in the ICN an he not only was super nice, supportive, and always positive about my son situation! He always took the time to explain everything to me when he made his round an he answered all my questions in a very easy to understand way an he stuck strictly to his care plan an my son will be home right on time just as planned!! He is a great doctor an one of the few GREAT doctors I have encountered an that's sayin somethin!
