Patient Reviews
Apr 07, 2023
My first to see Dr Tsai was on April 6, 2023. I was very much impressed with the efficiency of the office staff. After completing the patient information form, I waited no longer than 10 minutes before being ushered into a room where more personal information was taken by one of the doctor's aides. After about 5 minutes more I was taken into the exam room where Dr Tsai very thoroughly explained each procedure and what he was doing. Afterwards, he gave me his diagnosis in terminology that I could understand. The whole examination from start to finish was about 30 minutes.
