Dr Michaelis performed 3 dental implants, and they are perfect. No pain and just like my real teeth. My advice, if you need dental implants make sure your dentist is an actual surgeon, a world of difference. I have a horror story prior to Dr. Michaelis fixing the problem that was created by another dentist.

Care Philosophy

  • The word "Doctor" is originally an agentive noun of the Latin verb docere: 'to teach'. I take that meaning very seriously. I enjoy teaching my patients about their specific oral conditions and all available treatment options. This teaching then allows a relationship to develop between myself and my patient that, many times, lasts several years. If we all have the same treatment expectations then success is more easily achieved. I love what I do and really enjoy teaching my patients everything they need to know in order to make an informed decision regarding their care.
