GREAT office staff and it sounds like he is a great doctor... BUT... he does not take ANY insurance. NONE! Basically... he has his own "contract" he will make with you for your care. $600 per year. All his professional services are covered just pay for materials. PLEASE contact his office for exact details and explanation of contract.
