I’m 74 years old and have had surgeries in the past.Dr Keyes called the night before surgery and explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions.Then at the hospital he came in before surgery and explained everything step by step he wasn’t in a hurry .His bedside manner was wonderful and put me at ease.
