It is obvious that patients expect professionalism, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment from the doctor treating them.For me personally, the doctor’s and the doctor staff’s bedside manners are extremely important since they aid the explanation of all medical complexities I face as a patient. From the very first moment I came to contact with Dr. Thomas Burns, I felt I was talking to someone who was totally committed to helping me. Dr Thomas Burns professionalism, simple explanations of my condition, and plain courtesy together with the kind nurse Elsa's holding my hand during the procedure made all the difference. They alleviated the pain I felt during the procedure better than any anesthesiology treatment would.I express my sincere thanks and respect to you Dr. Thomas E. Burns
