Dr. Noonan is a very caring, very knowledgeable doctor. He has a servant's heart. He is very good at diagnosing and explaining symptoms & treatment options. My Husband & I have known him for several years now & have even asked him for a second opinion in some cases that were not in his field of expertise & he was spot on. We would highly recommend him.
