Excellent experience at Memorial Hermann ER with Dr. Washington. In spite of a huge caseload on a busy Monday night, Dr. Washington demonstrated great clinical and patient care. He listened well..he focused on my story and my history....he assessed my presentation...he was kind...he engendered trust...he seemed to be the rare "total package" in an emergency room doc. It must be incredibly challenging to disseminate superior care in a busy urban acute care setting, but Dr. Washington does!
