Dr. Terry Williams helped me even before I met him or became a patient. He was on call late evening/late night for emergencies at the local hospital. I was referred to him afterward, but did not realize he had been consulted by the ER doctor and gave him direction. The medicine prescribed had the ER doctor's name on the bottle. I had only heard Dr. Williams' name mentioned as a referral, to make an appointment with him for follow-up. I'm very grateful to all physicians who are willing to be on call for emergencies. It's truly going an extra mile. Dr. Williams has very patiently listened and clearly answered all my questions on these first two visits. I've had blood work completed now too. Everyone here has been very pleasant to meet, courteous, and professional. The building and rooms are super clean and tidy. I'm very pleased and grateful to the Associates of Women's Health in Ooltewah. Thank you all.
