Dr. Bierd has a very tough job, she works with new baby's that are not healthy when they are born in the NICU. She was amazing with me and my daughter. There is a time in your life when a doctor can make a difference. When your 4 lbs baby can't hold her own temperature and is jaundice, it makes you a mess. The hospital, nurses and doctor Bierd saved my daughter and calmed down a very upset new mom. We were blessed to have her as our doctor. Anyone would be lucky to be in her NICU.
