Dr. Lu helped me in ER last night and I couldn't have felt more secure under her care. She was kind, professional, and extremely thorough, ordering a range of tests to get to the root of my problem. Then she took the time to explain the results and offer me a sensible plan of action. Dr. Lu kept things moving, so I never felt neglected or forgotten, but I also didn't feel rushed through an assembly line. I am grateful to Dr. Lu and her team in ER, practicing excellent medicine!
