I had an appointment with Dr. Radwan 2 days ago. He was friendly, thorough, he spent an hour with us explaining the results of an MRI of my neck. He suggested a medication that should help. He told me about all the consults about my other orthopedic problems that I should have. He was absolutely wonderful.

  • The patient comes first to all members of my practice. I lead by example to my team. I get to know the patient and their individual concern, then exchange all the available data with them. We then formulate an individualized plan of care, that is shaped by the patient's primary concerns, beliefs and values.  It is our practice to earn that trust, through time spent building that relationship. I see my patient as an intelligent partner who embarks on their care as a fully informed member of the care team.  Surgical decisions are made in a shared decision-making model. We embrace a conservative philosophy, where elective surgery is almost always the last option ! But when we decide on sugery, we aim to do the least invasive option that can help the symptoms and give the best durability.
