Dr. Penmatsa was one of my favorites at the Brescia & Migliaccio clinic, because she had a calm demeanor, was nice and soft spoken, yet confident and assured. She delivered my second baby, and showed up on time (which was important as I have fast labors), explained things well, and did a great job in general. My only complaint is that once I had the epidural, she disappeared until my husband sought her out, at which point I was fully dilated. Otherwise she was great all around.
