I met Tammy while on a random trip to Arizona. In striking up a conversation on Stem Cell injections and PRP I was amazed at her knowledge and passion on the subject. Once I had my MRI results I sent them right away to her and she followed up with additional critical information. My chiropractor also spoke to her and confirmed my choice that Tammy was an excellent choice. The surgery went smoothly and I am very amazed that my back has not given me any issues in the two months since. It is a huge blessing and I am very grateful.
Dr. Penhollow believes in the body's ability to heal itself and is a strong proponent of lifestyle changes to achieve optimal health and wellness. In fact, in January 2016 she QUIT traditional pain management and stopped using destructive steroids, ablations and medications and turned to regenerative orthobiologics (blood/bone marrow from the patient = autologous) cell therapy.
Before she will accept a potential patient into the practice she meets them one on one to determine if it will be a right fit and that the patient is proactive in their own health to achieve their goals. She optimizes the health of her patients using a 5 pillars approach to wellness then uses the catalyst of the body's own blood (PRP, A2M) or bone marrow (mesenchymal stem cells) to further address any areas of injury or degeneration (joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, discs). This is a partnership between Dr. Penhollow and her practice members and ultimately yields health and wellness independence.
