After falling and cracking my head open, my neighbor took me to St. David's Central Hospital Emergency Room. I had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. Susan Schreffler, who gave me the most comprehensive treatment and examination I've ever had or could have imagined. All the while she was examining and treating me, she put me at ease by being professional yet friendly, asking pertinent questions and then explaining everything she was doing and why she was doing it. What a model for excellent health care on every level. I will never forget it.
