About Me
Care Philosophy
- Susan Lombardi, M.D., is the Medical Director of BodyLogicMD of Ft. Worth’s virtual office and is dedicated to providing integrative medicine solutions to both men and women looking to regain their youthful vitality and restore balance within the body. To help patients suffering from the unpleasant symptoms of hormonal imbalance often associated with menopause, andropause, and thyroid disorders such as fatigue, sexual dysfunction, weight gain, insomnia and more, Dr. Lombardi offers tailored treatment plans that include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) integrated with customized nutrition and supplement regimens to help guide her patients through the aging process. Dr. Lombardi values the close connection between patient and doctor, and after years of working as an internist, she found that traditional medicine was far too reactive instead of proactive and decided to make the transition to integrative medicine. By doing this, Dr. Lombardi can now treat the patient as a whole using a preventive approach to uncover the root cause of symptoms and help ward off disease rather than wait for it to form and simply manage the symptoms. Dr. Lombardi graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, with her medical degree in 1992. She completed her internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1993, and her residency in internal medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio in 1995. In addition to being fellowship trained in Nephrology from the Ohio State University Medical Center, Dr. Lombardi is also an active member of the fellowship in anti-aging and regenerative medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
