Dr. Skinner has been outstanding with my care through my MS journey and through a long hospitalization and recovery from West Nile Encephalitis. She has kept me and my family well informed and even consulted with a family member who is a neurologist during my battle with WNV. I cannot say enough about the care I have had with Kaiser, and especially Dr.Skinner.
