Dr Kriner I wanted to let you know I case it wasn’t brought to your attention that I Richard Fruits was denied an appointment with you. The scheduler wouldn’t make the appointment do to outstanding amount due to the hospital didn’t matter to her how much pain I am in which is ALOT! Can’t drive hardly, sleep. I did get some pain medication but it doesn’t help much. I’m working on getting with the financial to work something out. However I will be leaving to Great Falls next week don’t know how I’m going to be able to work in this condition. I hope your scheduler is happy with her decision on my treatment denial. Sincerely Rick Fruits.
