About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Dr. Steven Anderson was born in 1966 in St Clare Hospital in Baraboo. "I attended Texas Wesleyan College on an academic scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I then went to the University of Illinois School of Dentistry and graduated with honors before spending 5 years in the Oral surgery residency program at Cook County Hospital. During the residency program, I met Dr. Petrulis, an attending at the hospital, whose private practice was in Baraboo. I gladly accepted an offer to join the practice with Dr. Petrulis and Dr. Herbst. My wife and I moved up to Reedsburg and then moved our family to Baraboo. Our children graduated from BHS and are now away at college. I now spend my time with my wife and her 2 cats, and my dogs, Ted and Callie, numerous chickens, 5 goats, and a few cattle. 2019 will be marking a transition in the office as my long time, a highly valued partner will be retiring. I have greatly enjoyed my first 20 years of practice and plan on continuing many more years."
