Dr. Cowgill is the best, most patient primary care doctor I have ever interacted with. He never rushes through an appointment - he gets to know his patients and when seeing them for an issue, he will also follow up on past interactions and previous issues. He is caring, compassionate, and also funny. He takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly so that patients understand not only what they need to do, but also what is happening and why they are getting the treatment. He's the BEST
