He took the initial time necessary (much more than I expected, actually) to get a complete picture of what was happening, and took ALL medical factors into consideration before making a recommendation. The ultimate plan of action was arrived at as a team, with none of the “me doctor, you patient, you will do what I say” kind of stuff. Very personable, kind, gentle, and willing to explain everything in a way that can be clearly understood. Highly recommend!
