Dr. Clark repaired a totally blown out metacapal, a number of years ago. I needed two surgeries to repair and he was amazing. While the left pinky first knuckle is fixed he saved most of the functionality. He describes what he's going to do, how he's going to do it and why he's going to do it. You could not ask for a better Hand Sergeon.
