Dr. Brown examined our 11-month old son after an arm injury. He was thorough and efficient, explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand while alleviating concerns and using scientific evidence to support his reasoning. My wife was at work so she participated via speaker phone, yet he communicated effectively to us as though we were both present. He was friendly, comforting, did his best to minimize discomfort to our son, and included my wife and I in the decision-making process. The visit lasted approximately 20 minutes and I left with all my questions answered and confident in our selected treatment plan.
