Dr. Sam has been my primary care provider in Brentwood Tennessee for over a decade. After I became complacent and unhealthy in my late 30’s, Dr. Sam worked very hard to help me get healthy again. He’s helped guide me to a healthy diet, exercise, stress reduction, focus and intermittent fasting. I’m feeling much better these days and able to perform at a higher level in everything that I do. Thanks Dr. Sam
