I have had shoulder problems for over 2 years. I saw another doctor before and my shoulder issues continued. After 2 rounds of PT and a cortisone shot, I was referred to Dr. Ripple. When I first saw Dr. Ripple, he sat down with me and talked about all of my symptoms, looked at my MRI and talked about what the next steps would be. He gave me options and talked me through each one. He never pushed an option on me. In the end, surgery was scheduled. Dr.. Ripple walked me through the procedure and what I would expect after. The surgery was scheduled with ease and was successful. At my post OP follow up, Dr. Ripple sat down with me and again explained what he did and discussed what each picture showed. He made sure all of my questions were answered. I wish I had gone to Dr. Ripple when my symptoms first started. I would recommend him to anyone.
