We recognize that our patient s satisfaction represents the most important and challenging aspect of our business. 1) We strive to deliver the highest quality of care that is possible to achieve. This quality of care refers to both the technically ideal result, as well as an outstanding level of service. The combination of quality and service will result in satisfied patients. Satisfied patients are the lifeblood of a healthy professional practice, as they refer additional patients to us. 2) A profitable, growing practice is able to compensate its members very well for their contributions. In this way our rewards are directly related to our efforts. 3) We also recognize our responsibility to be a good neighbor.
