Dr. Gilman knows about all the nuances for addiction recovery. I was surprised to learn he is trained in yoga and mindfulness mediation and also is a personal fitness trainer and nutrition expert. He helped me to develop a comprehensive recovery plan with craving meds, exercise and medication. I owe my life to his caring and expertise.
