Patient Reviews
Feb 26, 2024
Dr. Kollias performed surgery on my knee when I was 16 years old, following a nasty ski accident that tore my acl, as well as meniscus on both sides. 22 years later, after years of high school sports, powerlifting, and construction work my acl graft was still holding up just fine. When I tore my meniscus again it was a no brainer to go back to the same doctor. Dr. Kollias is straight forward and brutally honest. I like that. He performed surgery again, and I believe his experience and efficiency led to a quicker surgery with less inflammation and a faster recovery. It was a minimally noticeable hiccup in life with no down time from work and I was able to go back to the gym 6 days a week within a couple weeks, responsibly of course. I recommend him to anyone I encounter that has a sports or life injury requiring treatment.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
