I saw Dr Pollock on Thursday and it's now Monday night. The staff is not functioning very well. I was supposed to get some meds on Thursday but everything seemed to come to a halt. The pharmacy said I need a prior authorization which might have haulted the process as I haven't heard back from the staff. Hopefully I can get the meds soon because I was to start them last week. Fingers crossed.
