In the Spring of 2009 Dr. Weber performed surgery for (r) rotator cuff and shredded biceps tendon repair. All aspects of his care were excellent. He was highly experienced, articulate, answered all of my questions, and kind. My recovery process was without complication and swift under his guidance.
