Kind. Caring. Compassionate. Attentive listener. Professional. Knowledgeable. Personable. Warm & friendly. Makes you feel comfortable and heard. Easy to talk to. She genuinely cares about her patients. She goes to bat for them and isn't afraid to battle with insurance companies to get necessary treatment authorizations (like my Spr****o).
