After earning her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, she received additional training through a residency in Family Medicine at Lynchburg Family Medicine. She loves caring for the Lynchburg community because it is her hometown. She says, To be able to give back to a community that has given so much to my family and I is a dream come true. When she is not providing care at the Heart and Vascular Institute, she likes to spend her time with her family and two pups, Apple and Luna.
