I have been a patient of Dr. Gray since approximately January, 2020. I have many sinus issues which have caused me significant issues over my lifetime. I came to Dr. Gray after another area ENT misdiagnosed a very serious infection and failed to notice a reoccurrence of polyps . On the first visit, Dr. Gray saw the issues, developed a plan, and I was scheduled for surgery as soon as possible (postponed due to COVID - but then remedied.) I had surgery without any issues and great follow-up care. In the years since, she noticed a pattern that no other ENT or other doctor over my lifetime had noticed (and I am in my 50's). Her analysis and strategies to get ahead of infections and polyps have been life changing and greatly elevated my quality of life.I also find her and her staff to be wonderful, compassionate and empathetic. I have a brain injury, and they are very understanding when I have issues that make communication difficult. I could not love this practice more.
