I had a birthmark removed and went in for the consultation 2022, had it removed in 2023. The staff and office were very nice + helped me through my anxieties for such a big procedure. I am day 2 of healing and the stitches look great, minimal pain and easy process.

Care Philosophy
  • Dr. Snehal Amin, a board certified dermatologic surgeon, is a graduate of Harvard College, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Cornell-New York Hospital Dermatology Residency. He also completed a one-year dermatologic surgery fellowship and became certified in Mohs micrographic surgery, lasers, liposuction and facial reconstruction. Dr. Amin previously served as the Director of Mohs, Laser and Dermatologic Surgery at New York Medical College. Currently, Dr. Amin is on the faculty of Cornell Weill Medical College and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Amin has trained numerous residents and fellows in Mohs micrographic surgery and laser medicine. His clinical interests include skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. He is a nationally recognized expert in difficult-to-treat or advanced basal cell carcinoma.
