When I go to a psychiatrist I want to be treated with respect and kindness. While dr V was kind upon first impression the rest of my experience at this facility was horrible. I would have to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes after checking in to be seen. Dr V would cut me off in the middle of my sentences and finish my assumed thought. The psychiatry student first of all didn’t introduce himself to me so I felt like I was talking to a stranger, then he FELL ASLEEP in front of me in the appointment. He literally dozed off for a second and then woke up and started talking again. When I went to reschedule after my first appointment, the receptionist gave me so much attitude when talking about my referral/payment for the appointment. It was just overall not a good experience and I didn’t feel comfortable going there. Going forward I will be taking my healthcare elsewhere and I highly suggest you do not come here if there are literally any other options for you to choose from.
