I am so very grateful that I was able to see Dr Dashti. I was referred to Billings Clinic neurology for a consult of a Shunt for pseudotumor cerebri. The neurosurgeon I saw told me that his collogue Dr Dashti has had much success with stenting for my issue. I was diagnosed over 11 years ago and prior to now have only been told that a shunt or a optic nerve fenestration was my only choice. This is a potentially curative procedure for what I have. He has explained that I have a narrowing of a vein in my head that causes increased pressure in my head from Cerebral Fluid that does not get absorbed by vein leaving the brain. While I still have much work to do where my weight is concerned I will be forever grateful for the fact that he happens to be at Billings Clinic 2 wks a mo. He is not arrogant but confident about how this has helped people. He truly cares what happens to me an others he treats. He is a God send as far as I am concerned. Thank you Dr Dashti I appreciate you so much!!!

Dr. Dashti has advanced fellowship training in Neuro-Interventional Surgery as well as Cerebrovascular/Skullbase Neurosurgery. Dr. Dashti is very active in clinical and translational cerebrovascular research, having published numerous manuscripts in peer-review medical journals and multiple book chapters. Dr.Dashti serves as principal investigator on multiple IRB approved stroke and aneurysm clinical trials. Dr. Dashti is board-certified in Neurosurgery.
