I hurt my lower back lifting a very heavy object. Dr. McGowan quickly saw the issue I had when he reviewed my MRI. He offered surgery or a steroid injection to remedy the pain. (Previous physical therapy was unsuccessful.) I opted for the surgery and I'm glad I did. It worked. After two months with an average of 3.8 hours of sleep each night, I can now sleep for almost 7 hours! (Which is normal for me.) I can also now walk normal. Dr. McGowan knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.
