Dr. Hashemi squeezed in my mother and made her a priority, given the severity of her situation, instead of forcing us to wait for months. We had gone to many doctors in different areas, and we were going in circles or she was being misdiagnosed. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and making sure we were comfortable. That is why sometimes he is delayed. But he does not rush his care with each patient. Those that are complaining about delays need to stop. He isn't a normal doctor, he is a specialist and a surgeon. Surgeons are not always in full control of their schedule, due to medical emergencies that may arise with their patients. Just because you did not see someone else waiting in the waiting room does not mean he wasn't helping a patient. He diagnosed my mother very quickly and when he opened her up for surgery, his diagnosis was dead on. His medical team was highly competent and professional and the surgery was extremely successful. Thank God for Dr. Hashemi.
