Dr. John was incredibly thorough each time I went to him. His front desk staff and nurses were pleasant and welcoming. I felt heard and also felt like I was getting excellent care. He listened to my long list of problems and addressed everything professionally. I moved to DC and still continued to drive to Baltimore to see him because I knew the level of service and quality of care I was receiving was worth the drive. Highly recommend.
