I was having shoulder mobility issues & my local ortho tried a shot, then said I needed surgery. I went to Dr. Mullin for a 2nd opinion and he offered a new treatment. It wasn't invasive and if it didn't work, I was no worse off. Long story short - it worked. While he would sometime talk in "dr-ese", if I didn't understand something or had questions, he was more than willing to walk me through everything and made me feel comfortable about this option. My experience with him, his staff and the process of making appointments, insurance, etc. was great! So glad I saw him instead of automatically taking the surgery option!!
