My stepson was a patient here until he went into the Marines. He had surgery , cleanings and follow ups. His braces were taken care of elsewhere. There was coordination between Dr. McDonnell and the Ortho. The whole experience started as a nightmare with other dentist and insurance. Going to Dr. McDonnell for a second opinion was pure luck. His whole office experience is nothing short of amazing. From the reception to the assistants to the hygienist and especially Dr. McDonnell himself , I can never thank them enough. Even the billing portion was made easy. God bless them !
